Creator programme terms
How Run Edit Run shares management fees with the makers of the projects it manages, in plain words. The programme is planned: no share is paid until a project meets every condition under “Who is eligible”. These terms sit alongside our Terms of service.

The share
50% of collected monthly management fees attributable to your project’s eligible paid installations, after taxes, refunds and chargebacks. Hosting, provider and agent usage and AI credits are separate and are not shared.
“You” is the maker of a project accepted into the programme, and “we” is Run Edit Run.
The management fee
The management fee on each plan is the monthly price of that plan for one installation, as shown on the Plans page:
- Assisted: its monthly price, for an installation that stays in the customer’s own Cloudflare account and GitHub repository.
- Managed: its monthly price, for an installation we run for the customer.
- Standalone: free, so it has no management fee.
A fee is collected once the customer has paid it. Taxes come off first, and a fee that is refunded or charged back is not collected. What a customer pays for hosting, for provider and agent usage and for AI credits is not a management fee.
Who is eligible
A project and its installations are eligible when all of these hold:
- You control the project. You administer its source repository.
- We know who gets paid. You tell us the person or business that receives your share, and we confirm it before the first payout.
- There is a supported release. The installation runs a release of your project that we can build and deploy.
- Installations are attributed to your project. Each paid installation is recorded against the project it was installed from.
- Each payout is settled against a record. Every payment to you matches our record of the fees it comes from.
Managed support depends on your project’s supported runtime and hosting targets, and publishing starts with that check. Publishing your app starts with a request by email.
Statements and payouts
Each month we work out your share from our records of the management fees collected for your project’s eligible paid installations, send you a statement of it by email and pay you by bank transfer through Airwallex or by PayPal.
We keep these records and make these payments by hand for now, and we will tell you before that changes.
If a fee is refunded or charged back after we have paid your share of it, that share comes off a later payment.
What stays yours
Your project’s source, licence, roadmap and releases stay yours. Joining the programme gives us no ownership of your project and costs you nothing. Customers keep their own source and data, and can leave.
Leaving the programme
You can leave at any time by emailing support@runeditrun.com. We can end your participation by email if you no longer control the project, or if the project breaks these terms or our Terms of service, and we will say why.
Either way, you are paid your share of the fees collected up to the day participation ends, at the next monthly payout.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will email you before the change takes effect. Fees collected before a change are shared under the terms that applied when they were collected.
